HI 981400 is a pH indicator designed for quality control of food products. The pH value in fact, together with temperature and water activity, is an important indicator of the correct storage of food.
HI 981400 is a compact and economical, equipped with liquid crystal display. With the hook can easily be installed on the benches in the area of quality control or receiving.
The user can select a point of intervention in the range between 4.6 and 7.5 pH: when this value is exceeded, the red alarm LED will lights up for report the problem.
The calibration can be achieved manually to 1 or 2 points by means of the two front trimmers. Thanks to the body resistant to water, the instrument is suitable to be installed in environments with high humidity. The power supply unit to 12 Vdc in supplied enables a continuous operation without interruptions.
This indicator you can match to a wide range of electrodes pH with connector BNC: FC 200, versatile for the most part of food products; FC 230, with steel blades steel for meat, and many others.
