The HI 99556-10 thermometer measures the temperature based on the detection of infrared radiation emitted from the object analyzed.
This system is extremely practical, very fast (the average response time is 1 second) and does not require contact with the surface. You simply turn the instrument to the point to be measured and press and hold a button and the value will be displayed immediately on the display.
This thermometer is the ideal solution for all controls fast food business because it does not require contact of the probe with the products.
