The innovative indicator HI 981401N has been designed for the harsh conditions typical of agriculture and hydroponics.
The robust plastic housing protects circuits from moisture and splashes of water, also HI 981401N is quick and simple to install and requires very little maintenance.
Measurements are highly accurate, thanks to the calibration of 1 or 2 points. The 12 Vdc power supplied solves the problem of the batteries and their periodic replacement. The pH electrode’s BNC connector allows quick replacement and is protected by a rubber watertight.
HI 1286 pH electrode with gel electrolyte is specially designed for agricultural use. Indeed, it is particularly resistant to clogging due to fertilizers with high concentrations of phosphates and nitrates, and thus has a significantly greater duration.
The instrument is also provided with special steel bar steel for the reference potential, and in this way you run a differential measurement of pH which allows a greater reading stability and electrode life.
