HI 981400 is a pH indicator designed to control food quality. The pH value in fact, together with temperature and water activity, is an important indicator of the correct preservation of food.
HI 981 400 is a compact and economical, equipped with liquid crystal display. With the hook can be easily installed on the banks of quality control or in receiving.
Users can select a set point in the range between 4.6 and 7.5 pH: when this value is exceeded, the red alarm LED is lights to indicate the problem.
calibration is performed manually at 1 or 2 points for using the two front trimmers. Thanks to the body resistant to water, the instrument is suitable to be installed even in environments with high humidity. The power supply 12 VDC supplied allows continuous operation without interruption.
This indicator can be combined with a wide range of pH electrode with BNC connector: FC 200, versatile for most of the food; FC 230, with steel blades steel for meat, and many others.
